What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or a member list. Used only to send what you asked for (starter kit, launch notice, later an opt-in newsletter).
• Basic server logs — standard web-server access logs (IP, user agent, pages served) retained by our host for security and operations.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or sell personal information.

What we do with it

• Send the emails you requested.
• Operate and secure the site.
• Measure aggregate interest (e.g., signup counts) to plan what we build next.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your information.
• Share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate (our web host, our email delivery), under their own confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.

Documents and matters (future Studio features)

When member workspaces launch, documents you upload will be stored per-account and processed to provide the features you request (e.g., document analysis, including via AI models under data-processing agreements). You will be able to delete your matters and account data on request.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe links appear in every non-transactional email.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime at hello@artistslegal.com.

Security

We use HTTPS, access-controlled hosting, and least-privilege credential practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
